What is The Vessel Yoga?
The Vessel Yoga was created to teach yoga as a tool to empower students to take their yogic journey into their own hands. We are merely the vessel.
How much does a session cost?
Pricing starts at $75 per lesson. We discuss the type of yoga plan you want to set up from duration, props, and location. These can add additional costs or discounts.
Group sessions start at $180. Contact me today to discuss what you are looking for in your private group yoga event and a price quote.
Reiki Session
Bring your chakras into balance with a private reiki session. We start with a chakra reading, then Casey acts as a channel for reiki energy to open, heal, and balance your body and chakras. The session takes 45 minutes- 1 hour. An in person session is $65.00. Add crystals to your session for each chakra for $10.00 additional. A distance reiki session is $50.00. Reach out for more information on scheduling.
Workshops, private events, guest teaching, group beach yoga events
